depends what you like.

the casino is pretty nice, but you can lose money in no time. you can always check out chapel st. there's always glamours out on a thursday night in ol' chapel st.

if you're out in the eastern suburbs and it's a warm day/night, head to knox o-zone. again, lots of glamours, but age is often questionable this time.

k-mart and coles new world in burwood is open 24/7, so if you're hungry at 3am and need a new t-shirt, you know where to go.

the docklands precinct is very nice, and you can spend all day there taking photos. it's awesome. lots of art/sculptures everywhere.

if you are wanting to cruise, try driving along the ring road from greensborough til you hit the west gate freeway, then pull onto that and head towards the city. go through the tunnel, drive a few more km's and pull off at toorak rd/burwood hwy. have a friend count the fixed speed cameras hiding behind signs and bridges for you. oh, he/she may need a pen and paper. there's heaps.

I beleive there is the "Spirit of Tasmania" Ferry in Melbourne, which means you could continue down to Tas... what to see in Tas though:huh:

Im headed into a suburb called preston, but ill be getting into melbourne rather late on thursday night, like midnight or something, so ill just be straight to bed, then on friday im picking someone up at about 3-4pm and then driving back to wagga.

So i have a few hours to kill on friday.

Im gonna head to docklands and have a look at the subaru dealer.

As to what im interested in, anything to do with cars.
