by Podge on 23-11-11 01:50 PM Hey guys I have just joined up on here as i am looking at buying my next project. I did a search but cant find what im realy looking for. For the last month or so I have been looking around at a few differant option on what car to buy. I am looking at a gen1 liberty. The last few cars that i have own have been a N14 SSS Pulsar (sr20de built high comp motor, pon cams, safc piggy back, exhaust sytem and cai), Mazda MX6 turbo (mostly bolt ons Exhaust, T28, cooler), R33 Gtst (to much to list made 250Kw at the wheels) all of these cars went good and had a heap of suspention work. I am not looking for a 13 sec car from a liberty. What i am looking for is a car that is big enough to fit my Partner my son and my self in with some room, something i can build in an N/A style not for huge HP but with ok down low power and some torque, something that has decent about of suspention availabul ie coilovers, sway bars etc and something that is is better suited to my needs with a family then my previous 3 cars. So my question is Has anyone built a decent N/A EJ22? What is the aftermarket suport for these cars like? I know its not gonna make a heap of power but will it do what i need if built properly? Hopefully i dont get scramed at all called a noob for asking these questions! Thanks. Jase |
