What do the locknuts look like?

If so they are probably Mcgard locknuts. If you contact Mcgard and explain your situation they may be able to direct you to someone who could help remove them.

Or check out ebay and see if there is anything similar there.

I guess you could take it to a tyre fitters like bridgestone etc - they may be able to help you out as well. I'm sure they have come across this problem before.

thanks for the help guys, gonna ring dealer and previous owner today see if i can locate the key for it, if not take it to a tyre and wheel shop and get those suckers taken off.
