Pretty impressive engineering. I'd like to see a higher tuned model.

Hm not really my cup of tea. I can appreciate it but the whole tractor type sound from diesel cars kinda turns me off.

Hopefully they are making a H6 version too.

Fingers crossed they Subaru Australia bring it too Aus.

I know what you mean, but according to the article, this engine doesnt have that same kind of sound. Although it would be an interesting 'burble'!!

I would seriously consider one as a lease vehicle. Hope they bring them out in 2009... might be able to convince the better half to trade the corolla in for one big_smile

agreed. everyone is making a diesel 4cyl. 6cyl diesel with a huffer on it would be awesome.

I've always said I'd be interested in an Oil Burner in a Subi, this would be a great release in a Gen5 for Oz.

Wonder what Al could do to it to make it a little more powerful smile
