Just wanted to introduce myself quickly before I crash into bed for the night. Basically, my name's Tim and I'm 17 (turning 18 at the very end up July) and I'm about to buy a 1992 Liberty GX which is in pretty decent nick for it's age. The only downside is the amount of kilometres it has on it (250,000) but hopefully that won't stop me from having some fun in it.

It will be my third car (well, third engine anyway) after having a lot of trouble from a Nissan Pulsar that I had for only about 6 months. But it sure is a welcome change, I test drove the one I am buying and the handling is a HUGE step up from the Pulsar.

I'll take some pics and link them to this thread as soon as I buy the Liberty. I'm looking forward to reading basically all the content that I can find about my car and hopefully will be doing some basic mods as soon as I've paid the car fully off.

Looking forward to meeting up with some other fellow Liberty owners from Brisbane and possibly (I only say this due to the price of petrol, but you'll see me around anyway) going for a few cruises too.
