I can't view the link from work but judging from the title of the link, I can only assume its in relation to the hundreds of kids i see on my way home.  I live like 5mins from there and yes, it happens EVERY Friday night. 

And i've made a few of those cars which are otw to the 'event', think twice about the B4 as i drive home.  Many of the cars are just pure 'bling' and noise whilst some are real performance.  Plenty of 180's and EVO's.  I saw a done up EVO give a VS blinged up SS 2 cars off the lights and still manage to pass him quite comfortably.....
