Warranty shmarranty. My iphone died on the 6th day in my posession. It called my dad while in my pocket, he asks why I'm calling him when he's next to me, I look at the phone, press the home button, it dies. Go to the phone shop... "We'll have to upgrade the firmware for you, and if that don't work, we gotta send it to Apple for repairs". Luckily enough, it was fixed with the new firmware, but all contacts/mp3s were zapped, and Allphones didn't really have to upgrade it for me. So two thumbs up to Allphones. But a six day old phone which can't be replaced for a new one? That's the worst piece of warranty I've ever heard about anything. Anyway, another week after this, again, screen goes blank. This was a Friday night too, and with weekend work I'd never be able to make it to the shop. Try connecting it to itunes. Nothing. Call it. Nothing. About to throw it out the window, when I read on some forum [ Non-Apple ] you gotta hold the home and sleep button at the same time ( for what seems an eternity ) for the phone to reset. Nowhere in the non-existent manual does Apple say "Hey, if yer phone hangs, do this". Grrr. But they're heaps happy to take yer cheddar though. Back on topic... I like iBowl. It's fun. |

ha ha ha, I only discovered 'Golf' on my phone about a month ago, then swapped memory sticks over with one my wife had and lost it - no games since, not even snake. I played bowling on an itouch and it was fun. |

It uses the accelerometers (spelling?) built into the phone to also work it out, a mate of mine has it and its pretty accurate... |
