Damn it LOL I was thinking for a while how much ide love to try a supercharger/turbo combination on the liberty, now you have gone and done it, well done, I really must know how it drives? Bottom end power, is there any lag somewhere in the middle of the rev range or are we talking reasonably smooth power from start to stop? Fuel consumption?
Once again well done big_smile

Re: Introducing my Twincharged 1990 Wagon

Drivability?

If I hadnt gutted it 100% (no interior at all, not even the sound proofing tar), installed Whiteline Flatout springs (then cut 1" off them), removed the power steering, and finally installed an ON/OFF clutch and pressure plate, it be just like a regular luxury car!

Other than the fact its pretty much a noisy, stiff beyond belief race wagon, the engine/power is pretty nice.  As the SC is electricly switch on via the PP6 at 7/8th throttle position, you can get on the gas without insane power.  And then when you want the insane power, simply floor it.

If you floor it in 4th gear at 2000 rpm, you get instant 8-10 psi, by 3000 its 23-25 psi, by 3500 rpm, its 30 psi, if thats what the boost is set for.

Gas milage?  Freeway I can get 25ish.... Drag strip?  1/2 tank for 15 runs.....
