RACV - $800p.a. - $24k - Lifetime rating 1.

The annual premium should drop a bit lower this year as I have only had insurance on this car for a year. Had a few years off insurance due to company car.

Premiums are annual.

These are the best quotes taken from 5 different insurers on each vehicle. (Vero, CGU Allianz QBE & AIIP) There are other companys we deal with who give lower premiums, but they arent as easy to get premiums out of as these 5.

Im Paying just over $1100 a year for MY07 GT B-Spec (business use) im 29.

There lots of variables in insurance, These just give you an idea.

noting finance on your policy is the biggest rip off. It sometimes is as much as $200 more if you note a financier on your policy. It costs the insurer no more to do this. I always leave the financier out when i arrange a policy. There is no finance payout clause in most policys (good idea to check) so you may still have a shortfall anyway.

if you havnt guessed Im an insurance broker, If anyone feels like there getting shafted pm me,though we dont specialse in private motor vehicle insurance ill see if i can help.

Noting a financier on my policy was $500 more, i asked them why and they just said the risk is greater with cars on finance..... Seemed a bit ridiculous if you ask me.
