It could be busches in the front end causing the noise also. but yeah suspension could do it too. King springs and monroe shocks can be pretty cheap to come by if you just want to stop the noise and use the car as an every day driver

Coupla members here from Tassie..  might give you a hand..  you can order subaru parts from wreckers there or on the mainland and your local workshop can install em..  get someone who you know/trust to help diagnose whats actually wrong and needs replacing.. if it's just a creaking noise it might be nothing that needs attention as mentioned above..

Naa the car is great, My bros car broke down the other day so he's been driving mine around and he's jealous of the features and how well it drives haha!
