by Outbak on 05-04-07 12:40 AM Gav, I'm an Outback convert; other than Shocks and springs( strut assembly) most suspension components are the same- find a local supplier wit ha Nolathane book. Raise or lower- what are you going to do with it? There is someone here with a lowered Outback, lots of mods, but mine gets dirty. KYB shocks, King springs, standard height, Nolathane bushes here and there underneath- check what is worn ( depends what the previous owner did with it) , and solid rear swaybar links- big change to the steering and body roll without going for a heavier sway bar. I run Goodyear wrangler a/t's, a bit noisy on bitumen, but work well at speed on gravel ( not quite as good on wet bitumen as the Yokie at+11).
