NRMA wouldnt even quote me! and I have a max no claim and all the bells & whistles...

ye, location is a big factor for insurance. if i do an online quote with my current address, it works out be about 1400

if i do a dodgy suburb, the price is higher

yeah , when i get my first car hopefully a RS wagon. iam gunna use my granparents address. 30km out of canberra in the bush

I just got a quote for a 2000 Forester GT.

Im 22. Had insurance for 3years with AAMI on a 99Liberty,  went to just cars for the quote, $879. Thats less tham im paying now for the lib. and its a turbo???

Mite have to make the moove as i wanted a turbo lib, this is looking better.

May i suggest contacting Famous Classic Car Insurance.. althought based in WA they insure every type of vehicles.. just tell them ya current qoute from nrma etc and they will under cut it

Ill only ever have full comp, unless i own a car which is not worth very much money and i can afford to loose that amount of money. Ive had some bad luck with cars and stupid people on the road, never had an accident that was my falt or doing anything stupid. Touch wood ive had no crashes in the last year.

AAMI wouldnt insure me cos im under 30 (27).  Yet they will cover someone of the same age with a drink driving record in an xr6 turbo ute.  Go figure?
