Mate & I bought a 1.8 95 GX Impreza Hatch a couple of weeks ago at auctions, 134,000K, new tyres (5 days old), Alpine cd, really good condition apart from a big punch in the front,http://img178.imageshack.us/img178/9080/rimg0009xo8.jpg needs new rails etc but only paid $800.
Anyhow to make access easier for the mobile panell beater we decided to take the motor, X members & box out from underneath in one hit, before my mate turned up I decided to get under it with the rattle gun & loosen g box, cross member, exhaust, swing arms etc etc, I must have spent a good 30 min under there messing around till he turned up, anyow, he gets under there whilst I'm up top doing something & all of a sudden he yells out Hey Stupid get under here, so I get on the ground, stick my head under & he says what's missing?.....I look around...... Hrm dunno what?.......WHERE'S THE BLOOODY TAIL SHAFT & DIFF ?????? Turns out it's only a FWD & I didn't even notice. Teach me for only buying off the net instead of going out for a look, not to worry.:comando:
