well, i guess not every one in my neighbourhood can afford fire works over new year so people have to improvise. in this case someone decided to torch the wifes 96 gen II gx that only had 66k on the clock. not much left apart from engine ,runnung gear and some front end stuff.
was wondering if it was worth bringing home  and selling or just let the wreckers have it. would like to use the diff cause my b4 one is making noises but not sure if it would cross over.  bit of a shame really, car was still like new.
ah well, what can you do. all parts not burnt up for sale

Regardless of what car it is, its gut wrenching to see a good car go to waste.

trying to post up pis for expressions of intrest in parts on rs lib. my wifes a member with 1 or 2 posts but we cant start new topics. any of you rs dudes know why we can't. do we have to have more posts to sell or what

What a shame that some lowlife had to go and torch a fine looking Gen2 sad
Has the wreckers offered you anything for it? Could get a few hundred for the gearbox and diff on their own I'm sure...

keep it, take out the driveline and drag the shell to sims. they pay $170 per ton for car bodys so itll pay for the trailer and you should be able to sell the engine for a couple hunge easy as its got such low kms.

or if you cant be assed stripping it just get a car trailer and get the scrap money. its more than the wreckers will give you.

what's left of the car is now up for sale . you can pretty much see from the photo what would be left. if some one wants driveline parts  etc i'll do my best to pull them out for them. engine has fire damage to the top but it only had 66k on it.
