Rims=bling=$$$ only..  kits=the same  (I admit both look good tastefully done) but they aren't really necessary so realise thats money you don't need to spend..

I assume its AWD?  If so www.amauto.com.au is the place to convert to turbo..  if it's not don't bother!

You're not sure whether you'll swap a turbo motor or just turbo yours?  Thats because you are a noob no offence intended!!

Use a WRX or Forester turbo engine, far less drama than twin turbo..

In the meantime, instead of wasting money on spoilers and mags, get some decent brakes (off a wrx or b4 or GT) and do suspension (second hand bilsteins are GREAT VALUE), sway bar links, sway bars etc..

Have a good look around the site..  there's plenty of discussion about what works well and what just costs stupid $$..
