hey guys, my legacy gt wagon

  Top of Page

hey guys, got this car a week ago, 157thou kms, cat back exhaust, and boost controller set at 14psi. i am looking at keeping it a reliable daily driver, but would like to make around 280hp out of it, any ideas on what mods i should be doing to acheive this?
cheers

mods: dump pipe from the turbo to the cat.

bosch coils
nice and simple power upgrades.

$40 will also get you a bottle of vodka/Jagermeister/etc or a slab of beer*. A short-shifter will do dick-all on your cars except give you something else to put in your sig. You could also spend your money better by inserting the $40 up your own arse. You'd certainly get more out of it that way.

haha, shame about the colour being rare, its actually in the paint shop getting painted white with a pearl and a black roof

similar to that, but with gloss roof, white bonnet and grill
and will have faker black volk gt-c rims, and im thinking a very simple line graphic down the side for a bit of flow
very happy with the car, drives very solid, and is my first piston car ive owned in the 5 years ive been driving

this is my 78 rx7, was my daily driver, but im taking it off the road to restore it over the next couple of years, hence the wagon for daily driving

and my fc which i had for 3 years and spent plenty of cash on it, actually traded it for the wagon

808s are nice, but hard to find in good condition, a mates got the best one ive ever seen, geniune 80thou kms, black interior completely mint not faded and never been retrimed. he offerd to swap it for the wagon when i got it, was very temped

Mate the wagon is looking pretty good. You should take some pictures of it outside on a nice day and post them up on RSLC! That site has all the info you need to make 200kw atw from an RS but basically you're looking at new coils, fuel pump, parallel fuel rails, injectors, fmic, turbo, ecu + tune. This can be done cheaper then you might think if you spend enough time in the for sale sections on here, RSLC, rexnet, trademe, eBay, etc and wait for some bargains to come up.

awesome man... i had a VH Commodore that i sprayed white with blue pearl.

i used loads of pearl though, 50ml into 4L of clear.

the white i used was high opacity white, too white to even take a photo of, once the pearl/clear combo was put on, it was so creamy. looked awesome but
