Hey

  Top of Page

Hi guys, just purchased a 98' Liberty Bilstein Edition on Friday. Some may or may not have seen it on carsales but yeah now I own it. Look forward to having a good look around the forums and learning heaps, my first subbie! My other car is a 90' Holden VG ute which is my real money pit, and a 96' Jeep Grand Cherokee which is now for sale seeing as I bought the Liberty.

Currently the liberty is slightly modified, 18's, airbrushed bonnet (looking for a standard silver one if anyone has one), JVC headunit and a 12.1' roof mounted screen. Ill be swapping over all my gear from my Jeep which includes:

Hu: Alpine CDA-9833
Front: Boston RC-620's
Rear: Boston NX67's
Sub: Boston G510-44
Front Speaker Amp: Boston GT-22
Sub Amp: Alpine MRD-M605
Multimedia: JVC 9" roof mounted screen
Acces:
-Playstation 2

Pumping out 140dB.

So yeah Ill have to make a cruise one day!

Welcome aboard!!

I did see your new toy on carsales. Hope you got a good deal on it. I recall it was listed for quite a while. Seems to be a buyers market at the moment.

Thanks guys, Im really happy with it. Apparently it was at Autosalon with all the stereo stuff, but I bought it without. Picked it up for $13000. I added some photos to the garage yesterday.

Pretty nice Bilstein there!

My mate (dylanf) was actually looking at buying that exact car, but ended up with a white Bilstein.

Re: Hey

The bilstein editions have much firmer bilstein shockers so the handling is even better over the standard libs.
Also, you get the nice full leather interior and nicer wheels, but you've obviously got different wheels anyway tongue
