by fatcat67 on 18-07-07 10:39 AM The exhausts will be completely different nearer to the engine. If you want to put a turbo on you will be advised in most cases to get a 3 inch system from the turbo back to the tail pipe. This however dosen't work on a N/A car, 3 inch is way to large. You will need no more than a 2.5inch system from your exhaust manifold back for a N/A engine. |

by fatcat67 on 18-07-07 10:51 AM You've obviously got a fair bit of money to throw at this car if your looking at Brembo's already. A set of WRX 4 pots with good pads and rotors should pull a light Gen 1 up very well, and be about $2000 cheaper.

If you got the $$ for Brembos, go for it. But for a daily car, imo changing the pads should suffice. I'm using Lucas and they're great, but each to their own so you should find plenty of threads regarding the types of pads other ppl here use. g'luck. Kev. |
