Hello from Abu Dhabi in the UAE.
Its another world here. Everyone drives at 160kph and the price of petrol is 50c p/l and everyone either has a german car with either AMG/M or RS of some sort. I have seen 1 suby. Fozzie. Road rules are few and far between and its survival of the fittest here. No indicating, and if you don't go within a nanosecond of a green light then you get honked. Everyone drives fast and takes off fast. There is a lot of tollerance here too. If people did what drivers here do to each other (cutting off etc) in Australia then massive road rage would occur. It certainly makes you chill out and just drive.
The roads are immaculate and are 6 lanes in areas one way. I have an Audi R8 parked accross the road and the owner uses it properly. He went past us Fast. We were doing 140!
Its a Maaad house here. Road rage=Kalishnikov. I've seen a few.
Still the weather is great if you like heat (49 degrees).
