Hello All - New to Subaru

  Top of Page

Hi ...
I am planning to purchase a MY07 Lib GT  and would value any opinions on the value of having VDC versus getting the Spec. B option.
I do value safety and am leaning towards the VDC option but am open to advice and opinions ...
Many thanks.

Hey mate, welcome from a newbie!

I would not worry about VDC, especially in OZ. Having lived in NZ for the last ten years prior to moving here I can tell you that VDC on a symetrical All wheel Drive car is a gymick! I havind driven my GTB in snow, black Ice, ice, rain, flooding rain, etc and have not yet lost traction!

Just buy whatever you want to buy but honestly dont worry about VDC, unless of course you live in Tasmania (with similar weather to NZ)...

Hi All,
Have noted your advice.  Will take the jump and aim for the spec b.  Will let you know how my 'talk' with the dealer goes.
