Anyone bought/used/seen these?

no i havnt but now you got me interested lol.

any idea what they're worth?

EDIT: have you considered the HID upgrade kits for your headlights/highbeams?

theyre available on ebay for bout 90bucks

I'd only consider the HID upgrade if they were projector bulbs.
