I think it looks great too, but just to stir things up a bit, if for some reason (and I hope this doesn't happen touch wood) you need to replace the garnish bumper or spoiler where will you be.

If you need to replace the garnish and can't find another Blitzen one, and you cant get a good second hand original one, a replacement OEM garnish will cost you big time. Same same for the bumper and definately for the spoiler as you have already told us.

You may end up with half Blitzen half normal, and probably going back to the same guy to buy back the parts you just gave him so to speak.

IMHO,  he is not doing you any favours. I would have kept the original parts and got the best deal on the Blitzen parts outright. He will make a killing on the parts you just gave him selling them to someone who is desperate. This is shown in the fact he can afford to sell you the Blitzen spoiler for $275.

well its risky to be diffrent isn it, same as for air brush, somebody scratches it and they will have to do the whole thing... Jap parts are expensive but afther spending allmost 7k on this particular car yard, i think he will take good care of my funds when S.it happnens..  Life is too short to worry all the time, that's my thought.... live now because tomorow ice could melt over your head... Ill post some images that i took soon.

I would not have gotten into my B4 from a perfectly good RX wagon with VERY low k's without taking some sort of risk.

I think the Blitzen kit looks great and most importantly it is different from the rest of our cars and it is factory designed with the help of Porsche which can't be a bad thing. I mentioned these points to spark a bit of debate.

i love it i rekn the blitzen kit all round would look mad! match what you've got with a blitzen front grill, and perhaps a set of blitzen rims and you've got one handsome subaru

Everyone has their own likes and dislikes and you're never going to be able please everyone!.. It's your car, your going to have to look at it and drive it every day, so if you like the kit, then that's what matters!!

I reckon its sweet and you're going to have a really individual Lib when that's all on!!..

A seller on eBay.com.au had the Blitzen front bar for sale not that long ago. Their user name was sbaru_parts (email: sbaru@dodo.com.au ) so might be worth while sending them a message and seing if it's still around if you're after the front bar!!
