by snow_beast88 on 13-06-09 05:54 PM Hey guys, Just got a set of WRX 17s, In reasonable condition, However they are silver, was looking at getting them painted a gunmetal colour etc. Anyone have an idea approx. how much it would cost to get a set of 4 done? |

by MR_B4 on 14-06-09 05:41 PM why not look at powder coating them instead of painting them? |

by snow_beast88 on 14-06-09 06:20 PM Yer I wanted to get the metallic/gunmetal colour that the WRX wheels come out in, not sure what it is actually called, Know the one I mean, Powder coasting just comes out as a gloss finish doesnt it? Cheers |

by latitude777 on 18-08-09 05:24 PM My mate had his WRX wheels powder coated in white and it only cost him $200-250. ALL UP. |

by Blaeven on 18-08-09 05:45 PM powdercoating can come up in any finish you want... it's probably more versatile than painting, and if done properly, more durable... |

by donuts_mmm on 18-08-09 06:21 PM I was considering powder coating my 04 GT 17"s, but I wasn't sure which colour (to go on a Metallic Blue 2002 RX) - and then one of my friends suggested polishing them but i thought that would take ages and probably not look as good as a good powdercoat. opinions? |
