Hey guys smile

Im Shane, 17 from Perth, WA. Got my licence few months back, worked my ass of and finally bought a car. Bought a 1998 Subaru Liberty GX, the anniversary edition smile. Pretty nice car, was owned by an older guy so everything is pretty clean and works. Its my first car and a big upgrade from mums getz haha. So yea been reading up on your forums and looking good. I plan on putting a bit of work into the liberty mod it up as a bit of ahobby. As new to the whole subaru, bit of a noob when it comes to them. So any recomendations on performace or looks would be greatly appretiated smile:ninja:

Hi Shane,

Congratulations on the licence, and the new ride bro. I honestly think a Subaru is one of the best first cars someone can own.

welcome... car sounds nice.

Just a thought: before you do any crazy mods, have a good think about if you really want to do it and what it will do to the re-sale value. Are these mods going to look stupid in a couple of months? Are my 20inch chromies going to look stupid, make the car handle rubbish and make tire replacement a huge issue?

just a thought, otherwise, welcome, heaps of info on here...  lol
