G'Day All!

Hey everyone,

The name's James, I'm 17 - from NW Melbourne - and about to be 18 in a week. As such, I'm prepping for my license test and gearing up (no pun intended) for my first car.

No points for guessing which car I'm interested in smile

I really want to get myself a Liberty, for some reason, I just love them. I sorta find myself describing Subaru as the nice middle ground of German-quality and Japanese-value. I've been snooping around the forums and come across a lot of helpful tidbits of information but I was hoping to get a clean perspective on everything wink

I've only got about $15k to spend, I was looking at a MY03 RX (this one, to be precise), but I'm sure I have many more options, I prefer the Gen2 shape, too, haha. Oh and it's gotta be manual. big_smile

I hope to be on here a lot more and, within a couple months, be a fellow-owner tongue

the link you've shown is an auto,
i might know someone willing to sale the same, model with re-built motor, but main thing is that it's MANUAL.

What the? I swear that said Manual the other day... Well, that's a first impression GONE! sad

I guess I'll cross that one off my list then.
