Hi there

I'm Stephan from Sydney

I was lucky to have an Outback during the Easter weekend.. loved it so much I am now thinking of getting myself one!!

As I am a newbie to Subaru cars ( I own a Mazda), I will be checking those forums to get (and possibly share) as much information as possible.

Hi Stephan, welcome to OzLiberty.

I sold my modified SP20 and got into a cheaper Liberty as an everyday car.

The subarus are an excellent vehicle, and all my following cars will be subarus.

It is the first time I drove a Subaru over an extended period of time. Didn't  really have a chance to go on the freeway but I still enjoyed driving it around Sydney.

It was a 2.5i MY08 Outback and drove pretty well. The engine was quite torquey. I enjoyed the drive + I think it looks fabulous (my wife loves it too so that's a plus already).

I just found out that the new Forrester is out... looks pretty cool!!
