I've got a postie myself and I have taken the heat sheild off the exhaust (every gram counts) and I have only burnt my leg once.  I think the most uncomfartable thing is something that no-one has noticed yet...

the seat has been removed and he sits on a metal fuel tack!!! hahahaha

anorexic? i agree. I am thinking of putting the plastic sheild that goes over that bar up the middle back on mine. Looks a bit thicker and covers some electrical stuff.

Not far from where I used to go to uni, and the hospital I trained at (RPA).

They sell coffee there? Hmmmm. May need to meet up with you inner west lads for a coffee!
