From Toyota to Subaru.

  Top of Page

Hi All,
Thought I might stick my head up and say g'day.
Purchased my first Subaru in May 2006, an MY06 2.0R Liberty wagon.  Stock standard, white.
After years of driving ever reliable Toyota and nothing but Toyota, Mr Toyota decided he no longer wanted my money.  And so I ended up with the Liberty wagon.
And what a great move.  The Liberty is a great car and I am very pleased.  The handling is brilliant.
My previous Toyota was a 1987 Camry wagon with 370,000 kms on the clock so comparisons between the two probably aren't fair.  It was a sad day to pension off the Camry but after a few months in the Liberty there are no regrets.
No mods planned but there are plenty of ideas on these forums.
Keep up the good work all.  I will wave when you lot overtake.  smile
Cheers.

toyotas and subarus are like....chalk and cheese. well, pretty much your favourite cheese.

welcome to the fraternity that is subaru. I'm pleased to hear that the transition from the ever reliable toyota to ever so reliable and pleasurable subaru was a smooth one.

don't get me wrong, I once was a toyota boy.....but man....doesn't subaru offer that much more!!

enjoy
