hey mate, assuming these are the same as the HONDA ones,

wipe down the door frame with alcamahol wipes. peel back sticky stuff and then mount where desired. (normally try to keep it parallel to the top of the door frame)

hold down for 30>40 seconds.

done and admire

Your in Melbourne, Im in Melbourne and it just fitted mine to my Gen2 wagon. http://www.ozliberty.com/forums/showthr … amp;page=8

If you need a hand, let me know.

Did you get second hand ones? If so you will need to remove old tape and get some new stuff.

...and if they are like the GENIV ones, peel back rubber mouldings from the door frame, screw clips into place, clip the weather shield into place - make sure the doors close without knocking them - then carefully peel the double sided tape from underneath making sure the things line up all the way. Replace the mouldings and then stand back and admire.

I got mine from ebay. After 2 months of no show I assumed they were a write off and then about 3 months later they arrived at the post office - each of them in two pieces. Rather than throw them out I had to use some Q Bond to 'glue' them back together, then sand back the joined area and then paint them black to voer it all up. Can still see the join a little on the drivers side but Meh, they do the job and I think it is more due to me knowing they were broken than anything else.

Good luck with them.

hey all thanks for the feedback - I won the auction so I guess they'll be sailing over soon.
EvilB4 - thanks but shes no honda - so no window frames??? she's a sub lib gen 11 wagon.

thanks heaps for the offer to help fit em CRUISN I'll pm you when they arrive, and will have beer waiting too, or burning cow, or both.

thanks again everyone

to comment about leaving window up - yeah I could, but ditto you could always not make dumb comments. Windows go up and down so people who like em down can have em like that. Some folk like fresh air, :Pilot:I like driving with a few inches of fresh air, but not a stream of water dripping on my elec window switches and tweeters.
