Dust Free Finish?

  Top of Page

hi

i need to lacquer my hsc major works for wood work in a couple of weeks and am wondering what the best way of keeping dust out of the finish is (with out a pro spray booth).
For past projects we used the metal work room at school as it was fairly dust free, but now its a music room so i need to do it at home.

i was thinking of getting a roll of clear plastic and creating a room in the carport with some duct tape and an exhaust fan from a bathroom or something...

any ideas/tips would be great!

cheers dan!

try looking at a discount store like golo for a cheap gazebo tent sorta thing and check some fans in it to blow air out if you are really paranoid about dust. make sure you wear a proper respirator cos if you dont your face is going to end up wrecking your job when you pass out:lazy3:
