Hey Everybody!

Ryan here, long time commodore owner. I currently have a VZ exec family wagon and im looking for something a little... sportier.
I have been investigating M35 Stageas and S2 Legnum's and was pretty set on swapping to a M35 Stagea (well, importing one). Then i came across this picture online...

The instant i saw this wagon i HAVE to have it... well, have one exactly like it. Does anyone know anything about this car? im pretty sure its from the US as other pics i have have California plates on it. All i know is its a black '04+ Liberty/Legacy GT Wagon (or higher spec?). What is the front bar on that car? and the wheels? just trying to find out as much info on this car as i can.
