That doesn't give us the right to take their design even if you changed it a little. I'm the Australian rep for that forum man that's why I'm saying this. They're our international brothers so to speak, we don't need to cause any grief between forums and clubs that's all I'm saying

I think its important that whatever logo is decided on, that it needs to work in mono (ie one colour) so that people can get single colour stickers made up (much cheaper) and if needs be, it can be faxed without loosing elements of the logo. Also, i think if you want to promote more traffic to your forum (and there for more members), perhaps it's worth considering to include the web address in the logo.
Anyway, below is a "concept idea".
- I tried to include stars 'similar' to subaru's and I figured the placement of the stars on the corner of the 'O' in Oz could double as a 'stylised' representation of the shine you would get off your liberty after it's had a good polish (as I am assuming most, if not all members would do on a regular basis to their 'pride and joy' )
- The colours are flexible, but I think 'www.' and '.com' need to be a more subtle colour as they should not be the focus but a secondary message to the name of the online car club (except when the logo is in mono of course, in which case they should perhaps just be a smaller font).

....of course, after all that blah, you can either just like it or just hate it... thats cool  :good:

Torpedo- I reckon they look tops, good job.

I would think that a clear background like most decals would make most sense. Suits any colour paintwork and then you get the choice of colour for the writing.
