Buying my first Liberty Gen 4

  Top of Page

Im new to the whole subaru market but i love the shape of the gen 4 liberty.
Im buying a 2.5 litre with 5speed manual but i cannot see the difference
between the 03-06 model. Does the body stay the same? is there any major difference between the two. What do you all recommend i should actually buy for around 18-20k.

Thanks

Yes, it is the same... 06-07 saw the facelift (we call it the Series 2)

As for buying a car, it's a buyers market at the moment... I've just sold off my '04 Liberty GT for a fraction of what it cost. With that said, I'd say go for a GT... they're in that price range now...

Aside from that, they're an awesome car... and I'm missing mine immensely...

Hi,

Definitely look at the GT mate, the ass has dropped out of the price and some are below $20k.

Really nice cars. I know it's not the same, but my old lady drives an Audi TT which is getting some repairs done - she's been driving my G4 Outback H6... let's just say she doesn't want to give it back! Great driving cars.

Cheers,
Nik
