just bought a 94 LX FWD,

got some questions on the purchase and RWC.

when the RWC is completed, what kind of oil leaks disqualifies the car from a RWC, the engine bay is very clean but after purchasing the car i noticed some oil on top of the engine under the alternator. im not sure if i just missed this or if it's fresh. the RWC was completed for me and i want to check if it was dodgy.

secondly, is a copy of the RWC normally issued to the buyer or is it not important.

thirdly, i only have a receipt of the blue contract of sale, however the dealer said they will take car of all the paper work with VICROADS is that correct ?

besides that the car is running great, i've 'upgraded' from a 2001 hyundai accent. this is my second car.
