Bizar Message / What do I need to do?

Hi Folks,

I've been active on this forum over the last couple of months, and I sign in today and get this message at the top of my screen...:

<TABLE class=tborder cellSpacing=1 cellPadding=6 width="100%" align=center border=0><TBODY><TR><TD class=alt1>Hello ROL14, it appears that you have not posted on our forums in several weeks, why not take a few moments to ask a question, help provide a solution or just engage in a conversation with another member in any one of our forums? </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Has anyone else had this? Is this because of the updates that are happening? Do I need to do anything about that??

If anyone can shed some light and let me know that would be great Thanks!!

It's just saying Hi how are you going. Why not come in and have a coffee and a chat.
