Stickers I view are an expression of the drivers self. I dont want to be viewed as a typical hoon, where I am from all the 'hoons' have stickers advertising something thats special to them. It usually revolves around a brand of some sort. If you want to take one good piece of advice from my reply it is to think about your choice wisely as it does advertise who you are without you saying anything. People do judge books by there cover no matter what they say and this can also be said for the local police. Have a think and maybe even get your own made up. At a couple of shopping centres in the SE of melbourne there are sticker retailers which have a vinyl cutter and offer custom stickers this can include both text and pictures.

I hope state legislation hasn't ruled homosexuals have to display P plates? I thought they were just meant for probationary drivers.:Pilot:

Stickers are a personal choice.

I much prefer my cars clean with no stickers to detract from the car itself.

When my tailgate gets sprayed soon, all badging will be removed and holes welded. I "may" put a Gen3 GT badge back on there.

My previous family wagon had all badges removed, inc the rear wiper and holes welded for that smooth look big_smile

Its the extreme of no stickers/badges. wink

oh nice, that vy wagon looks nice heaps smooth. stickers wreck cars that look smooth like that... my car isnt "smooth" looking. and i dont have the money to respray the car so a few stickers on it will spice it up a little.

It obviously depends what the stickers are, on what vehicle and/or what shape the vehicle is in.

Kevlar - Beautiful car.

I had a few stickers on my wagon when i had it.

had a "Cult" sticker in teh back corner of the rearest windows and also had a "under construction" banner along the top of the rear windscreen. It was a yellow cut vinyl using my dark tint as black making it look like a road sign yellow and black stripes and black letters... was on for a whole 24hrs before i got puled over because it covered my 3rd brake light but i liked it.

Got it because at the time i had plans for a conversion, i work for a construciton company and am study construction engineering at uni.

I live on a farm and I like surfing, thus surf brands. I couldn't see myself being labeled as a hoon, unless I put some 17s on with a cut n polish.

Look next to the liberty badge, the black sticker says Liberty My Choice. I thought this was clever smile Its a sticker from a mate who owns a servo.
