by BJ BG5A-TT on 25-12-11 08:57 PM Hey, I have a JDM BG5 Legacy wagon, currently undergoing a version 8 STI single conversion from the original TT setup. I am in Adelaide also and have been looking at tuning options for mine once it is done (very soon I hope!) The only two I can seem to find that can flash tune the stock ecu's (post MY00 only), other than S&J's (ecutek), is Turbotune or Steve Knight racetech. Both of which are not Subaru specialists, Turbotune are more nissan boys and Steve Knight is right into his EVO's. But both have good reps as far as I have heard, and are of course much cheaper than ecutek. I'm leaning towards Steve Knight as he seems bit cheaper and I have a mate who has always had his EVO tuned there with great results. Give them both a call, let me know how ya go! |
