by murderone on 17-05-08 05:48 PM hi, just introducing myself,i'm looking into buying a gen 2 liberty as soon as i sell my late model land rover discovery. after spending 1000s and 1000s on lifts and touring gear i found i need to get a cheaper more practical run about/tourer. i found this forum and have spent days scouring your rides and i have to say i'm impressed... i plan to modify a gen 2 rx lib with coil-overs and average size oe wheels for a plain looking low car that will be driven to the ground before i need a motor.then maybe get serious..and,i've heard that suby's are reliable and reasonably priced...(everything that a land rover isn't) so please give me some info and recommendations or warnings in regards to mods if you feel the need to because at the moment i'm very cautious about having a reliable car... cheers. |
