Alarm + Immobiliser

  Top of Page

Hi Guys,

After getting my lib all repaired (clutch, headgasket etc.) I am now looking at a decent alarm and immobiliser.

I really have NO idea when it comes to this and I do not have 1 idea about what makes 1 alarm system different from another, nor where the best place to get it installed is etc..

What sort of alarm systems do people recommend and what are the good ones?

Is it advisable to get it done at a place like strathfield or elsewhere?

Looking forward to your replies,

Dylan.

Autowatch alarm systems.. pricey but good..

strathfield will sell you a toy alarm system.. they are like the target and Big W of alarms.

Whats the diff between 1 , 2 and 3 point ones?

I ain't got a tarbo in my car but auto start would be neat wink

Anybody know any places to install em, I am out in the blue mountains so around Penrith would be ideal for a place..

more points of immobalisation, more areas that stop fuel or ignition. i think two point immobalisers have one at the fuel pump and one at the ignition? i dont realy know, but im looking for one two so post up what you find
