by 988OXR on 08-11-08 02:42 PM Possibly an instrument cluster from another car that was damaged hence the low kms.

by LE7SGO on 08-11-08 03:48 PM is it owned by an old lady or man who possibly didnt drive it much, there was a 94GX on sale a while back now with i think 55000 kms and was an old ladies car who passed away.

by 95rex on 08-11-08 09:22 PM hope this helps?there is a website out there (dont remember the name?)but it actually tells you the last odometer reading at time of renewal of registration, ive never needed to use it,but have heard of it being pretty helpful for others..il try find it (google it) tonite or tmmrw for you..dont be to sceptical mate as it may,or may not be genuine, but if it is?well you may let a good, hard to come by low k's example dissapear..act fast mate.my car had very low k's also when i purchased it,turned out to be complete legit, very lucky as i was a bit sceptical myself..anyways,il get back to you.kennI. |

by dtrally on 09-11-08 09:30 AM As long as the car looks like it's never been played with, ie; genuine low km in the condition, I wouldn't be too sceptical. Carsales.com adverts direct you through multi choice questions, often it's impossible to get your actual car's description through their system and easy to be inadvertently mislead. If the car is a Gen 3, it's possibly priced as a Gen 2 because the owner thinks that's what it is, based on the info they got through carsales.com. The Gen4 GT spec B I purchased was incorrectly advertised as a 2006 MY06 5 speed manual, when it was in fact a 2007 MY08 6 speed. |

by Malcolm on 09-11-08 03:20 PM I remember when I was searching for mine, I came across one which was listed as a 98 model, which is all fine and good...it could be a Gen2 or Gen3. I looked at the pictures, one was taken with a camera phone and was of the back of the wagon...so I didn't pick up that it was a Gen2 looking at that. All the other images were little dodgy ones of a Gen3 that looked very clean. |
