Hey guys
Thought i'd share this with you all. Spotted it in Ballina about 30min ago.
IMO it looks better in pictures then in real life.

Drove beside one the other day.

Almost missed out on the fact that it was a STi. Otherwise, it looks 1/10th less ghey than what the original WRX does.

I'll have the brakes though.

I saw that driving down the Highway, almost didn't notice it at first....

Looks similar to the Mazda 3 Mps that just drove away from my joint before. Car manufacturers are just not trying these days.

perrin and harmon(think thats how u spell it ) motorsporst make a mad front bar, jdm grill, exhaust housing highlights and also cover for those tailights.
makes them look really hot.

What I liked about the older WRX's - You could spot it a mile away (if you hadn't already heard the cannon and SSQV)

But these ones, from the back atleast, look like every other little car. A few weeks ago Odeo and I were driving along and he said "ooh, new rex" I pointed to a fliping daewoo!! (while saying "what, that thing ?")

They look like every other bland mum&dad car out there. Just nothing exiting at all.
The STi is a failed attempt at making them appealing to "Enthusiasts", all it really is, is a Mazda with  pumped guards that don't look right.

Personally i proffer the Mazda, it just looks better....

Hahahah, true true. The new Foz is a bit off too.
I think in the darker colours in the STI look better than the lighter ones. But even then I just don't get it.

At the risk of sounding like an echo, I just cannot stand those tail lights. The rest of the car is half bearable, sort of.

On that note, who thought doing what they did to the Forester was a good idea? I really would have thought they would fire the guy responsible for the Tribeca.

Whoever designed the current shape liberty, should be in charge of design at Subaru. Instead of whichever smack head they have putting out these terrible looking cars.

saw the sti at the motor show last Monday. Now the new liberty tuned by sti looked so much better especially  with the fully dark (illegal) tinted windows all around

EVO X FTW!

STI FTL.

How tuff does the EVO look. It also doesnt suffer from that "boy racer" tag like the wrx and STi to an extent. Just more special as its not so common.
