04GT Hunting idling??? |

by VIC GT on 26-01-09 08:35 PM Hey guys, when my car is at idle sometimes it is hunting( fluctuating between 500rpm and 1200rpm) just wondering if anyone has had the same problem as me, or if they have any idea what could be causing the problem? |

by BigWillieStyles on 27-01-09 07:44 PM turn your aircon off and see if it still does it. Its most likely electrical like fans coming on. 1200 does however sound a bit high though. |

It is not from aircon, the idle is doing it when the aircon is on and when its off, the idle is not sitting at 1200, it is hunting between 500 and 1200. This problem is not always there, it only happens sometimes. Thanks for you help Anyone else have any ideas? cheers |
